Return, withdrawal or refund request

Consumers can generally withdraw within 14 days after delivery, including a change of mind, with an applicable statutory refund. An extra commercial service applies for eligible requests up to 30 days.

Return shipping: who pays?

Return for a cash refund (change of mind): customer pays return postage at any item value, where legally permitted.

Voluntary size/colour/model exchange from Italy: AM-MOTO covers return shipping when the discounted price paid for the single item is €50 or more; below €50, the customer pays. AM-MOTO covers standard replacement shipping within Italy for an approved exchange.

Defective or incorrect product: legally required remedies are free regardless of item value.

For orders placed from 5 November 2026. Earlier, more favourable purchase terms remain valid. International voluntary exchange shipping costs are confirmed in advance. Policy
